You will need to attach a current resume to this announcement and provide a cover letter that addresses the following: (1) project management/leadership including specific techniques or motivators you have used to develop an effective team; (2) managing IT business planning  in development services projects, workload and priorities, and supporting the Information Technology (IT) investment planning and budgeting; (3) leadership, supervision, or management of professional staff including communicating, establishing priorities, tracking and meeting  deadlines; and (4) application development architecture, full lifecycle methodology, and IT project management.  Responses should be limited to one page per question.  These materials provided are the examination for this position*
