Thank you for your interest in employment with the Department of Health Services. In order to be considered for this position, you must complete the following questions. Your responses to these questions are considered a civil service examination and will be used to determine your eligibility for this vacancy. Resumes may not be substituted for question responses.
Your combined responses of all 3 answers should not exceed the equivalent of a three-page Microsoft Word document. Please note: If you do not click "Save and Continue" or "Save and Finalize" within 20 minutes, this site will time out and your answers will be lost. To prevent this, and to ensure that you do not exceed the page limit, it is recommended that you create your answers in a word processing program first and then copy (Ctrl-C) and paste (Ctrl-V) the answers into Wisc.Jobs. You should use Ctrl-V to paste your answers: Pasting with the mouse may not work.
When you are finished with each page of the exam, click the ‘Save and Continue’ button (bottom of the screen) to save your answers. When you are finished with the entire exam, click the ‘Save and Finalize’ button and at the exam summary window click the ‘Finalize’ button. If you return later to update your exam you must Finalize again or your exam may not be considered
After you have successfully completed and finalized your exam, you will receive an e-mail confirmation (if you provided an e-mail address on your personal information page). If you do not receive an email, you may not have finished all of the steps correctly. Incomplete application materials will not be further considered.
