RE: Deputy Warden - Statewide
Thank you for your interest in the Deputy Warden position(s) within the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC). These positions are located at DOC facilities throughout the State.
The selection procedure used in filling these vacancies will be as follows:
1. All interested non-career exec candidates will be required to complete this on-line Achievement History Questionnaire.
2. The Achievement History Questionnaire will be scored according to pre-determined benchmarks/ evaluation criteria and an examination results notice will be forwarded to each candidate and appear in your WiscJobs account job cart.
3. Those most qualified candidates will be invited to participate in the interview process as Deputy Warden vacancies are approved to fill.
4. NOTE: We encourage you to prepare your answers in a Word document and then copy and paste to the WiscJobs exam. WiscJobs will time out after 20 minutes and your answers may be lost if you have not saved the page you are working on. Each page needs to be saved in order to successfully record your response and move to the next page.
5. You will receive an e-mail generated by the system indicating that the process has been successfully completed. You can also check your WiscJobs job cart to verify that your materials are complete. You may re-enter your exam at any time before the deadline date in order to modify your answers, but you will need to save and finalize again in order for your answers to be updated.
