Type of Employment:	Full Time (40 hrs/week)
Salary:	The starting salary is between $33,581 and 53,841 per year, depending upon qualifications, plus excellent benefits. The pay schedule/range is 07/04. A 6-month probationary period is required. This position is represented by the Fiscal and Staff Services bargaining unit.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   

Knowledge of applied principles and practices of health care policy and public health; minority health and AIDS/HIV programming; and principles of program planning, integration, and evaluation.  Ability to translate health policy and research information into formats that are accessible to a wide variety of community audiences; establish and maintain effective working relationships and coalitions with a wide variety of agencies and individuals; prepare a variety of health and health policy reports and presentations; guide the work of others and provide constructive program guidance; and effectively communicate orally and in writing.
