Type of Employment:	Full Time (40 hrs/week)
Salary:	The starting pay is between $60,000 and $98,434 per year depending on qualifications, plus excellent benefits. The pay schedule/range is 07-02. A 6-month probationary period is required. This position is included in the Fiscal and Staff Services bargaining unit.

The Department of Corrections administers Wisconsin’s state prisons, community correctional centers, and juvenile corrections programs.  It supervises the custody and discipline of all prisoners in order to protect the public and seeks to rehabilitate offenders and reintegrate them into society.  The Department of Corrections (DOC); Division of Management Services (DMS); Bureau of Technology Management (BTM), central office 3099 E. Washington Ave, Madison, WI located on Madison’s east side with easy access and on-site parking.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   Certification or training using Project Management Institute processes and guidelines; Knowledge of generally accepted business practices; organizational principles and structure of the techniques used in dealing with specialized management problems; effective verbal communication skills and writing techniques; presentation skills; leadership skills; MS Project; LAN and WAN architecture; and experience with researching emerging information technologies.
