Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational and attention to detail skills; excellent problem solving skills; ability to interpret complex rules and regulations; ability to work as a team member; excellent time management skills. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision; knowledge of multiple computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Applications, PeopleSoft applications; experience working with Excel or similar spreadsheet software, Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Access or similar database software, and Outlook or similar e-mail software. The ability to operate or learn to operate scanning software and create PDF files is necessary. You must have taken and received a passing score at the Intermediate level on the Office Support exam in December 2008 or later to apply for this job. You will be using your Office Support score to apply for this vacancy and you must have a current score of 70 or greater.Application information must be received by Monday, November 30, 2009 .
