The starting salary is between $35,291 and $58,232 per year depending on qualifications, plus excellent benefits. The pay schedule/range is 07/04. A six-month probationary period is required. This position is represented by the Wisconsin Professional Employees Council bargaining unit.

This position is located in the Department of Health Services (DHS); Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (DMHSAS); Wisconsin Resource Center (WRC) in Winnebago.

Job Duties:   This position will provide application support, maintenance and development services and network systems support for WRC and Winnebago Mental Heath Institute (WMHI) customers for business automation. The position will interface with clinical and business operations to support computer automation initiatives to streamline and enhance operations. Specifically, the position assists customers in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Microsoft Visual Basic, and computer peripherals.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel and Word; Visual Basic for Applications (VBA); and Windows XP operating systems. Ability to use a personal computer; work independently and as a team member; learn new concepts and business operations quickly; lift up to 50 pounds to move telecommunication and computer equipment; read and interpret written documentation; sit for long periods of time, using repetitive movements on a computer system; and effectively communicate orally and in writing.
