Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The incumbent will be required to provide courteous professional customer service to campus and external clientele. Qualified applicants must be able to understand and apply complex fiscal and administrative procedures, rules and regulations. Applicants must also have the ability to analyze situations; develop effective solutions; handle confidential issues; work in a busy environment; establish priorities; and set deadlines. The incumbent must be able to read, analyze, and report on complex data and financial statements and use computer programs, (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and email applications). Applicants must have knowledge or the ability to learn and troubleshoot University software packages (e.g. WISDM, WISPER, Shared Financial Systems) and commercial vendor software (e.g. Hyperion).
