Position Summary:This position plays a lead role in the enhancement, design, and maintenance of complex, integrated system-wide information systems and analysis of the resulting data.The position also provides financial and management technical assistance and training to WTCS administration and staff, assists in establishing, communicating, and monitoring changes to data systems, and ensures compliance with reporting requirements.This requires the ability to make independent high level decisions influenced by federal and state policies, to meet prescribed reporting requirements.The position serves as system liaison to district administrators in the areas of finance, information technology, student services, instructional services, personnel, grants, and economic development; district enterprise operation managers; and private local community-based organizations. This position works under the general supervision of the Associate Vice President of the Office of Financial and Management Services.
