Starting pay is between $83,200 and $95,680 annually ($40.00 - $46.00 per hour). The Director of Division Business and Operations leads, directs, and administers all administrative and operations policy, personnel, and budget activities for the Division of Environmental Management. This position is responsible for developing, directing, coaching, and supporting the Environmental Management Division's Business Services Team.
If you are selected for this position, you will work under the general supervision of the Division Administrator and work collaboratively with the two Deputy Division Administrators, all Program Directors, the Business Services Team, and other administrative staff on a day-to-day basis. You will serve as a core member of the division leadership team and provide supervision and coordination of division information technology, communication, budget, finance, rule coordination, open records, strategic planning and division-level training throughout the Division.
