Must possess and maintain a valid Wisconsin driverís license. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. Must be able to operate lift equipment and have no limitations for working in high areas.

This position is for a Limited Term Employment (LTE) position. LTE's do not attain permanent status, and are denied benefits such as vacation, paid holidays, sick leave, or performance awards. This position can not work more than 1040 hours in a 12 month period.

Position Summary:   This position provides minor repairs and upkeep to assigned building and grounds areas, as well as routine custodial functions. Other duties include mowing lawns and other grounds maintenance activities, plowing snow and snow removal from walk areas. All work is done in compliance with all regulatory requirements for job performance.

Special Notes:   Must possess and maintain a valid Wisconsin driverís license. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. Must be able to operate lift equipment and have no limitations for working in high areas.

Qualifications:   The incumbent of this position must have knowledge of the safe and proper use of common tools used for building repair; as well as proper techniques and safe practices for maintenance and repair operations. Also required is the ability to use a personal computer and software; as well as skill in promoting teamwork and cooperation among coworkers.
