The Department of Natural Resources is hiring a Web & Publications Coordinator (IS Business Automation - Senior classification) within the Division of Environmental Management, Bureau of Remediation & Redevelopment.  This position will be stationed in our central office, located in downtown Madison, WI.

In partnership with individuals and organizations, DNR staff manage fish, wildlife, forests, parks, air, and water resources while promoting a healthy, sustainable environment and a full range of outdoor activities. Position Summary:   The Web and Publications Coordinator directs intranet development and supports internet content development across the Remediation and Redevelopment Program.

Are you ready to bring improvements and meet customer needs? In this position, you will support program business functions through information systems including organizing web content, managing information storage and display, web page formatting, text conversion, and web publishing. Additionally, you will develop, coordinate, and manage the publishing and storage of internal and external publications.

Qualifications:   Required qualifications include experience with all of the following:
   - Web editing using software such as Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver and Bootstrap
   - Translating technical information into non-technical terms for use in web content and other written communications
   - Use of current publishing software, including InDesign or similar, to create brochures and other professional publications

Additionally, preferred skills include experience with the following:
   - Use of end-user meeting/feedback tools, survey techniques and other data collection and analysis tools
   - Gathering and documenting program requirements to meet business needs
   - Conducting testing, training and/or providing user support
