Position Summary:   

This position provides educational program leadership as the education director for General Education, Liberal Arts, Business, Finance and Marketing.  Responsibilities include development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of programs and curricula related to the assigned occupational programs and collegiate transfer programs. This position provides system-wide leadership on improving program development and learning strategies and provides expertise in performance based instructional design strategies, teaching/learning techniques and instructional technology.  This position reports to the Associate Vice President of the Office of Instruction.

Working with the development, or implementation or evaluation of general education courses

- Working in post-secondary education

- Experience leading a team

Well Qualified Applicants will have experience:

- Working in the business or marketing or finance field

- Experience with liberal arts programming 

- Designing and conducting professional development opportunities for diverse groups

- Performing analysis and evaluation of results and trends
