The office provides oversight, leadership and collaboration opportunities for the 16 technical colleges which make up the Wisconsin Technical College System. Position Summary:The Support Specialist provides a variety of administrative/technical support services to staff for the Office of Student Success and the Office of Instruction. The majority of duties include conducting meeting/event planning support services such as scheduling conferences/calls, reserve meeting rooms and equipment for off-site meetings, ordering catering services, booking hotel rooms and making speaker arrangements. This position performs on-site registration as necessary. The Support Specialist also provides administrative support to division and the agency. This position reports to the Associate Vice President of Student Success.
