Position Summary:
The District Attorney’s Office is recruiting to fill an unclassified Assistant District Attorney (ADA) vacancy in the District Attorney’s office for Waushara County, located in Wautoma, WI. This position is a combined full-time equivalent position. This position consists of a 60% state funded ADA position and a 40% Waushara County funded Special Prosecutor position. This position is eligible for the Wisconsin Retirement System and health benefits.
Attorneys who are currently employed by the State of Wisconsin are invited to apply and may be able to transfer at their current pay rate. Attorneys who have left the position of Wisconsin elected District Attorney or Assistant District Attorney within the last five years may be able to be hired at a wage rate above the minimum.
